I'm Caroline, a multi-passionate woodwind player and instructor in the Jacksonville Florida area.

I work to build students' toolboxes to include more confidence in playing, while building self-awareness and healthy practice habits. The catch? It's without all the self sabotage and harmful self-talk. It is my goal to build up empowered, self-aware musicians with a supportive community of others standing with them!
